New Roof Construction

A roof is not only a significant component for protecting your home against the elements, but it also reflects your style in a way which integrates with the neighborhood and architecture of your home. A well-constructed roof will save money on utility bills and offer a high return when the house sells.

Roof Repairs

When a roof is damaged or starts to leak, replacement isn’t always the best option. Repair can often reinforce the existing roof without the unneeded expense of a new roof. It’s an option we offer with the understanding that only the best repair makes sense, to restore the roof to peak condition.

Because there are so many options in roofing materials, the cost of a roof can vary considerably from one type of material to the next. A wide variety of color and style options means a homeowner has more flexibility in appearance and pricing.

Some of the roofing materials we use include asphalt shingles, R-panel roofs, metal roofs, tile, and more. We install flat roofs, patio roofs, hip and gable, as well as reroofing, and roof tile repair.

Our roofing options are built to withstand years of high desert heat, monsoon winds and more. Let us put our expertise to work for you, so that you will have a clear understanding of the materials, colors, options and the process. The result will be precisely the roof you want.

Residential Roof FAQs:

How do I know for sure I need a new roof?

There are several indicators which can help determine if you need a new roof. Cracked or curled shingles, and missing granules are signs. If your roof is more than 20 years old, or if the other homes built around the same time as yours in the neighborhood have started replacing their roof, you may not want to wait, because these are signs it’s time for a new roof.

If the roof looks tired or shabby, it’s time. We are available to examine your roof and help you determine if a new roof is the right option.

What are my options if I decide to reroof?

You will be amazed at the number of options in materials and styles available in a reroofing situation. While there may be a few considerations to keep in mind, we will walk you through them and the end result will be a gorgeous new roof.

Why does one side of my roof seem to age faster than the other sides?

Sun damage

Wh can’t I just repair my roof instead of replacing it?

In some situations, a roof repair may be exactly what it needed. A small amount of damage due to a storm or tree branch may be repairable. But, it there is a large portion of the roof missing or damaged, or, if the roof is old, replacement may become necessary.

Can I install a new roof over top of my old shingle roof?

It is possible under certain circumstances to install a new roof over the old shingle roof. If there are already two layers of existing shingles, it is likely the third layer will be a building code violation. The structure has to be able to support the weight of an additional layer of shingles, too. If there is underlying damage, the old roof will need to be removed and the cause of a leak or weak area fixed. If the current roof is no longer flat due to curled shingles, it will have to be removed.

The best way to be sure is to consult with an expert on our team, who can guide you and help determine if reroofing over the existing roof is an option.
